Portal development

As an extension to our integration solutions, Copernicus also offers the option to develop a web portal. In order to support efficient operations a web portal is a smart way to unlock or to consume information. It is user friendly for your customers and you also save time and money by automating processes and substantially increasing the efficiency. Through a web portal employees, customers or other external parties, using their account, can access specific shielded information. So they can exchange, view or modify information. The portal integrates seamlessly into your backend application (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.). As a result, you do not have to give any external parties direct access to your backend with all security risks that this entails.

Every web portal is different, as it is fully tailored to the needs of our clients. We listen carefully to your wishes and together aim for a tailor-made solution based on standard components. This enables us to develop and deliver quickly. Of course we call on our expertise and experience to offer focused advice on the desired functionalities. With Copernicus at your side, you are guaranteed a good approach!

Copernicus operates mainly in the B2B market and has extensive experience in the transport & logistics, retail and healthcare sectors. Copernicus has developed a web portal for a number of clients. We would like to highlight a number of examples:

Examples

Logo SchavemakerSchavemaker Logistics & Transport

The portal for Schavemaker is set up so that their customers can add transport journeys. This concerns the transport of scrap metal. In the portal, customers can manage a number of matters such as loading and unloading points, and the method of transport. The schedule is linked to the TMS of Schavemaker (ixolution) which then feeds back status information to the portal. Furthermore it includes scheduling on a weekly basis and provides a background history of summaries. This portal is multilingual.

R.M.I. logoR.M.I. Global Logistics Services

When exchanging data between R.M.I. and its trading partners, an important point was that crucial information was lacking in EDI messages. With the portal as a filter, these messages can be intercepted and important source data such as location, product information and buyers can be added. The portal provides insight into erroneous messages. These messages can then be further processed. After enrichment of the source data, future message traffic can run smoothly because of this.

IAZ logoIAZ (artsen berichtensysteem)

For the IAZ (Inkoop alliantie Ziekenhuizen) a system was developed to facilitate the exchange of messages between the hospital and the primary care giver. Based on standard criteria, information can be exchanged with a number of internal/hospital systems (ZIS) and GP information systems. In addition, a self-service portal was developed available for both the hospital and the GP to log in. The hosting is carried out in cooperation with KPN E-care, who pay extra attention to the security of the data.

The portal contains messages such as results, and patient admission and discharge letters.
